nsrtrap: feature is not enabled 1

Hi admins.
I'm trying to use nsrtrap feature to send notification on Savegroup completion event but I get the following error message:

nsr snmp feature is not enabled

(I get this error when I run nsrtrap from command line; I tried to create a notification using nsrtrap from graphic interface but nothing seems to happen on savegroup completion).

Does anybody know this kind of error? Is there a licensing problem?
