nsrjb not showing slots

Hello,
server is running Legato NetWoker 6.1.3 Build 428
on a HPUX11 O/S

when you run nsrjb on its own its only showing the tape drives and not the slots as well.

??

any ideas anybody

I have deleted the /nsr/tmp folder which had lock files there.
I have also deleted the drives and library and re-run jbconfig

but no joy. I have also replaced the nsrjb binary. still no joy.

You must have installed the SCSI pass through driver for HP-UX. Configuring and using a jukebox is not as direct a process in HP-UX as on other Unix. Refer Legato Technical Bulletin #358 for more information.
