I've got the following error when performing nsrck, any idea?

C:\Program Files\Legato\nsr\bin>nsrck -L7 mac123.abc.com
nsrck: checking index for 'mac123.abc.com'
nsrck: The file index for client 'mac123.abc.com' will be recovered.
nsrck: Recovering index savesets of 'mac123.abc.com' from 'mac123.abc.com'
NSR server `mac123.abc.com': Authentication failed or no valid authentication

recover: waiting 30 seconds then retrying

Which NW version do you use?
Are you running the command at the NW server itself?

Hhm - authentication is usually a mechanism between two clients. Worst case NW will use the localhost alias and should not claim about this issue. It could just be that you issued the command too early.

However, you must of course have the appropriate rights; your account should be listed in the NW "Administrators" list.

Could it be that a security program blocks the access?
