Is there an easy way to convert NSF based templates to test files?

You can make a Design Synopsis very simply, but I have no idea of what use that could be since you cannot rebuild the design from a pre-existing synopsis.
What Notes version are you using and what is the aim of the text version ?

Hi:

I want a text version as I can then transfer the site to another application such as Dreamweaver or Frontpage and work from there.

I do not have Notes - hence I was thinking the Text file will allow me to transfer easily.

Are there other ways of transferring templates from Notes to other applications?
