This problem is killing me cannot figure it out....

Have a customer with a NCP500 and a TVM50 and have only one problem.

I am using custom menu 1 on the TVM which is fine but when a customer presses 1 it comes back with incorrect entry (INTERMITTELY)
Checked the trace on the TVM and its shows when the customer presses 1 it generates another 1 so its like pressing option 11

So I thought it was a problem with the NCP500 and the age of it and I have replaced it with a new NS700 using the NS700 voicemail (tvm gone as well)and still have the problem this morning intermittent - see attached.

Any ideas using sip trunks on the system

DTMF type at your PBX has to match with DTMF type set by your SIP provider.
Also SIP provider has to use only one type of DTMF sending.

Try to select DTMF at your PBX side. Probably you'll be able to solve the problem.
