NS700 SD Card issues

I am having trouble with uploading custom service prompts. When I go to UM - System prompt customization and custom service menus I get the following error message

" It is required to install a SD card"

The thing is I have a SD card installed. The one that came from panasonic.
Also when I try uploading MOH file it gets stuck halfway uploading file and stays that way.

Any suggestions?

Check the card is in correctly and right way up

Uploading moh. Try different browser. You might have to use explorer

SD card can only go in with pins facing up. Tried uploading MOH with IE that worked. However when I try going to System prompt customization / custom service menus I get an error message that It is required to install a SD card

I suppose sd card doesn't have the file "DNKEYSD", as on attached screenshort.
