Hello All,
I am a sole IT person attempting to make some small changes to our PBX without having to call our Phone technicians out for every little change. I have been granted the installer access / password.
At the moment we have two reception phones - when one is busy / away they set their mode to break / lunch mode then put the after hours switch on after hours - which diverts calls to a voice message.
I would like to be able to setup the call group so after 4 or 5 rings that it sends the call to a mailbox much the same as the after hours switch.
Where abouts would I be setting this?
