NS700 incoming call display

Hi All,
I have a Pana NS700 with mostly KXDT 521 handsets on it. Current lines are PSTN on an LCO6 card. They will be moving over to SIP in the near future.
When an incoming call rings one of the ICD Groups which I have called Main the display on the 521 phones just shows which line it is coming in on. Is there a way of changing what is displayed permanently perhaps so it will display the group name on the 521s? I know pressing Transfer while the phone is ringing will cycle through Line No, CLIP and HG name but that just works for that occasion and the client doesn't want to have to keep doing that.

Hi

In wired extension, extension settings, Option 5 there is an option for incoming display, you can set this per extension.

Hi thanks for your reply,
I think I looked at this but the only options were
Caller ID name (Default)
CO Line Name
or
DDI/DID Name
I think I may have tried them all and the Group name didn't display
