Is it possible to get the DISA OGM to repeat the way a custom service can be set to repeat? I've got DISA menus configured and realized they play only once.

5.Optional device / 3. Voice message /1. DISA system- Option 1 Intercept when No Dial after DISA answers to AA-0

Example for messages 501
5.Optional device / 3. Voice message /2. DISA Message / OGM number 1 - 501 / 1 Digit AA Destination -Dial 0 - 501

Awesome thank you! Just tried and that worked beautifully. How many times will the system repeat this OGM before disconnecting the caller? Is 0 a default keypress for the DISA menua? I gather that from your reply but since I couldn't find this in the Programming, Feature or Operator guides I think you are better source for this question than Panasonic's documentation :)

I'm curious if you believe DISA > AA or vice versa when it comes to automated call handling? I tried getting the system answering using Custom Services (as I've done in the distant past with TAW848s / TVA-50) but I never could get it to answer. I also ran into an issue where I got "Called extension did not respond" or something similar when trying to record messages through the web interface and specifying an extension but instead had to login to 998 to record, altogether a step backward from the UMC I used with the TAW848s.

One more thing...does anyone here offer remote programming services for those who end up unable to complete a task due to time or knowledge constraints?

thanks again sir, very much.

This example is a continuous loop.
If you want a certain number of DISA repeat (for example three) record the same message 501,502 and 503.
OGM number 1 - 501 / 1 Digit AA Destination -Dial 0 - 502
OGM number 2 - 502 / 1 Digit AA Destination -Dial 0 - 503
OGM number 3 - 503 / 1 Digit AA Destination -Dial 0 - 302 ( for disconnecting caller)
302 is a digital phone that is not connected ( DXDP or any free digital port ),it is also usable Modem nummber 599 od ISDN remote nummber 699.

Panasonic is constantly upgrading PBX features and there are many new instructions, but basic documents are Instalation,Feature,Programming,User Guide

TVA / TVM is a good device but I never full learned it.
UM is full features TVM50 ( 2 channel) device inside the NS PBX.
