NS700 DISA Menu to SVM Voicemail

Hi,

I'm trying to create a basic DISA phone menu with 2 options - option 0 to operator, option 1 to leave a message on SVM 591

Option 1 should call VPS 678 with both FWD and Intercept set to 591

SVM is working OK for another extension with FWD to 591
OGM is playing OK and Option 0 works fine

Option 1 is getting BUSY?

The system is not connected to a PSTN line just a back to back, Extension 207 - CO 1, which works fine to simulate external line calls.

Any help would be appreciated
