Is it possible to do the following:

Night mode call picked up by DISA 504
DISA 504 plays message, caller presses 1 to leave message (message to be left in ICD 602 mailbox)
DISA transfers direct to the ICD mailbox, bypassing the ring of ICD group

I figured a custom service with forced xfer to mailbox would work but don't know how to make a press in DISA get to the custom service...?

Thanks

You would have to have group 602 forwarding to mailbox to go straight to VM or use the um to answer the call instead of disa

So here is what I ended up doing for a lunch (direct to VM via custom service), Night ended up being just a message playing via DISA with no options for the caller.

Created dummy PS, 499. No mailbox, IRNA / Busy, etc. to 1 second
COs, Enabled Service Group 1.
COs, Set Lunch diversion to 500
UM. Created Custom Service 5, no options, 0 seconds to 1st digit, Transfer to Mailbox 602 (ICD Group mailbox that serves as Front Desk / General). Recorded .25 seconds of nothing using Audtion. Uploaded to get rid of default prompt.
UM, Service Group, Set Lunch Service Parameter to 5

DISA 501 and 504 answer day and night calls, UM Custom Service 5 answers the Lunch calls. Voicemail stays in one box. Only way I could make it work, perhaps someone else has a more elegant solution.
