I work at a school system and one of our school admins wants the main phone to ring to her desk and the vice principals desk after school gets out. Where in the PBX would I set that up? Thanks.

You can use manual timed service or Auto time of day. Create a new I/C route for night service and have the two extensions as members. Are you using an Auto Attendant?....to report your child absent press 1, to speakto the office press 2. I find it useful to still use this as it gives parents an option to report child absent outside school hours, ie early mornings, if a parent is on their way to work

Hi, thanks for the reply. We do have a recorded menu message through class of service if that's what you mean. For this issue, it ended up being a time of day thing, I just don't remember where I found it.
