Hi ,
Please set complex password with following four conditions for remote maintenance;
- It contains three different letters from A to Z.
- It contains three different letters from a to z.
- It contains two different letters from 0 to 9.
- It does not contain “ABC” or “abc” or “1234”.

You have to get on through a pc on site on the local lan and put a password with the correct format. Can you teamviewer on to someones pc/ laptop locally?
Or did I get it wrong and you have an actual public IP on the system?
If you have a backup file change the password on it, upgrade it and default the system and upload that file to restore it
