NS300 Upgrade firmware failed

I have a NS300 currently running version 1 and am having an issue upgrading to V4, I keep getting a D000000: Operation failed when trying to upload the file, I have tried IE, Chrome and firefo and get the same results.

Any Clues going forward?

Is this when uploading the file
Did you un zip it first
Do you have the correct firmware
