Hi!

We were trying to setup the auto-attendant but the Installer password doesn't work after several memory related guess, last logged in was 2018. Any work around on this?

Out of curiosity, is there a CMOS battery? can we just remove and plug back that might reset the OS but not affect the existing data?

Contact your local distributor, they can get a backdoor password from Panasonic .
If remove local battery ( on the lower board ) during power off you lost all settings.
