inquiry regarding analog trunk when DISA is activated
scenario:
1.auto answering machine play. the caller press "0" then the call goes to operator
2.auto answering machine play. the caller press "0" then the caller hangup the call operator phone is ringing and when they answer its a drop call.
when dis is deactivated
caller call the analog trunk number then the operator phone is ringing then suddenly the caller drop the call automatic the operator phone is not ringing.
the main problem is on the scenario#2 with activated disa even though they drop the call after playing auto answer machine still the phone operator is ringing is there a way to fix this issue ..once they drop automatic the call is cut.
