Hi, I would like to seek for help, I am using 2 NS1000 Via Onelook. One is acted as back up master. When i tried to deactivate the master the only working is the NT/UT phone to back up master. The problem is how do i know if the license from master transfer automatically to back up master? When i look the activation keys installed in back up master it look likes that the license occurred is from itself. I'm expecting that the license from master will transfer too. Please note that the system is 4.2. thank you.

Hi JP

FYI
Activation keys are copied and are available to the Backup Master unit or Isolated units for use in their
respective modes. However, trial activation keys will not be available. Copied activation keys are valid for
10 days, starting when the unit begins operation. When operation is returned to normal, this 10 day limit
is reset.Data is also saved automatically every 30 minutes

Q:How?
During Backup Master operation or Isolated operation, data stored in the SRAM, such as SMDR data, is
collected at the Backup Master unit (in Backup Master mode) or Isolated unit (in Isolated mode). However,
this data is not copied back to the Master unit (or Backup Master unit) when normal operation resumes. If
it is necessary to output this data, connect a printer to the appropriate unit and print out the necessary data.
Outputting the SRAM data must be done in Backup Master mode for the Backup Master unit or in Isolated
mode for an Isolated unit.

Hi Sir aljimboy,

During Onelook connection the activation keys are copied from one another. But when the master disconnected the license itself did not appear to the back up master in back up master mode. I just only have 2 units 1 is master and 1 back up master. Isolated mode is not my issue. I want to confirm how it works or it should work because its a feature of Onelook. FYI i only have built in license in 2 NS1000 and trial license in master. i hope you can help me. thank you

Hi sir aljimboy.

Currently since my DSP is Large, I have 8 IP EXT. And (Trial License) of 5 IP TRUNK and 5 IP Softphone.
