I have one NS500 that is connected to the 3rd party PBX, the PSTN lines are available on the NS500, I remember for getting access and termination to the PSTN lines that were connected to the TDE series we must have actived D05 on the TDE500, that we should entered and used *PCCKXTDA* instead INSTALLER. could you please guide me in providing access to the NS500 as a "sales company" or developer, what user works? I tried *PCCKXTDA* but it didn't work for NS series. also, should I check and activate section D05 like the TDE series to give access to the line termination from lines incoming or it has been changed and another section is needed?
