NS 700 Fax pick up and out going number

We have 2 SIP trunks on the same number with an additional number for the fax number that is forwarded by the SIP provider. I have 2 queries:

1. There is a Fax set up on the PBX. How do I get calls to the Fax number automatically diverted to the extension with the Fax machine on?
2. How do I get the fax number to be displayed as the dial out number?
