NS 500 crashed

Hi. My panasonic ns500 had crashed and some of its cards are not working properly. I turned it on and off but its status led is not coming up with green color and just staty in red clolor. How can I fix it.

if when you power it on and the light does not flash and stays solid red, it is a CPU issue, could be corrupted if powered off incorrectly

Normally it will have to go back to the factory for repairs

Try initialising,

Power off slide switch to initialise
Power on
Wait for green light to slowly flash

Slide switch to normal
