NS 500 call waiting to specific extension

Hello all,

We are on the NS 500 and when an internal extension is busy, the second incoming call to this extension falls on the busy tone. I need to put a call waiting message which is more profesional. Anyone has an idea how to do this?

Forward when busy to another destination (waiting message).
You need to check in the manual

Scenario 1:
4-1-1 (or 4-2-1) Extension Settings -> Option 2 -> Manual call waiting for Extension call -> Set to BSS (for the destination Extension)
When you making an internal call to that extension and hearing a busy tone, just press 1.

Scenario 2:
2-9 System Options -> Option 5 -> Automatic call waiting for extension call -> Enable
4-1-1 (or 4-2-1) Extension Settings -> Option 2 -> Automatic call waiting -> Enable (for the destination Extension)
