I'm trying to install NRU 10.0 on my pc (win98se), but when i try to install the remote tools utilities, it acts as if there is another version of NRU on the pc. i have searched the computer over. I've followed the instruction in the read me file, but still no luck. Can anyone help me install NRU 10.0 on my pc.

try another directory... If not, go under add/remove programs and make sure it is gone. If not, install it on another PC and upgrade your PC.

the pc has NRU 9.0 on it, it won't uninstall. It's looking for the original directory where the uninstall file is located. No matter what i do it gives me the same error.

change the dir name of nru 9 to anything with out nru in it then load 10..or call your vendor
