nru 9.1 internal application error #501

when i use nru 9.1 to access any rad, and for example i try to access trunk/line data using the browser, i get the internal application error #501, i also get the same error under feature settings. i can go in and use the remote set, but i'm getting this error using the browser. i'm getting it when i hook up directly and remotely. has anyone else come across this? is there a patch? any ideas?
 
Yes, I got the same problem, error 501, I don't know. but I guess it have to be with the old version is not completly remove or XP admin rights,because before I was using ver 9.0 and I didn't have the error at all, then I up grade to 9.1. mabye it's some thing with the XP admin.
If some one have an answer to this, please posted it.

I am getting the same error, constantly, but only on systems under 6.0 software. This seems to be a bug with 9.1 and since 9.1 is an intermediate level software I don't expect to see it fixed before the next release.

i've seen the power point on 10.0, anyone know when it is supposed to be out?
 
If you're using XP you may be able to run NRU in Win98 compatibility mode to get it working correctly. Right click the shortcut, click properties, click the compatibility tab, then check the box and choose the mode to run the program. Good luck.

well that was a good thought but that didn't work. i'm still getting the same error. any other suggestions?
 
NRU 10 is planned to be released this summer along with 6.1 software and the new t7316E.
 
I had the same problem and I am runnin windows XP pro. I had to upgrade to NRU 9.1 and it fixed the problem.
I was told it had to do with a missing map file.

i am running 9.1 and xp pro...and i'm still having the problem...is there a patch?
