NRS Administration

Can anyone point me to where I find an administration document for the NRS setup - I have a customer who would like to be able to understand how it works and I searched the Nortel site but cannot locate the right document

The NRS (Nortel Redirect Server) which is accessible thought the TLAN IP Address. This server redirects between multiple Nodes.
