Hello all,
Am compartively new to the PC side of the world and have been having problem.
Received the klez32. virus about month ago and have Norton cleansweep. It detected and cleaned virus, etc. That was over a month ago.
My problem now is that I have been getting the following message which is generic in nature and am not sure what it actually means or the method to correct it :
---------------------------------------------
Nprotect has caused an error in kernel32.dll
---------------------------------------------
Just began receiving this about three days ago.
That is all that is displayed. However my system is not functioning correctly, mouse pointer gone, background colors changed, etc. as well as no access to various components. Seems as tho I have another virus or something else has gone south.
I would appreciate any help, as it is a small business computer and it is tying up day to day business.
Thanks so much for the help in advance.
