NPDS XP Debug Error

I have one user that gets a Windows debug error everytime he prints to any of three HP NDPS printers, the LJ5si, DJ500PS, and LJ8500C . All other users are fine. It is a new Dell machine running Windows XP. We are on Netware 5, and using client 4.83.2 SP1. Any ideas? Many other new Dell installs are fine also. I'm at a loss.

Thanks for any and all suggestions.
 
Are you running SP1 for Windows XP and did you reapply the Service Pack after installing the NetWare Client?

Yes, we are at SP1 on XP Pro. We didn't re-apply the service pack, though. I will give that a try. Thanks for replying so quickly. We are stumped on this one.
 
Also ensure you are using the latest drivers from HP. If the XP drivers are the ones giving you grief, try using the W2k drivers.
