NP3.1 Evaluation with 'Bound Interaction Start Time' Empty

Can anyone tell me what does the Evaluation queries Column 'Bound Interaction Start Time' means and what is the funtionility?
Recenlty, we have a problem reported that this Bound Interaction Start Time showing No Date and Time...Wondering how could this happen and what causes this?

bound interaction time is the time of the recording and this is linked to the evaluation created on it. when it start happening did the tooth fairy appear and cause it ?

Thanks nicetechie. I wouldn't know as Customer told that when he save the evaluation quries to csv file, the date and time is not that for some evalution call. Do you mean some kind of tooth fairy appear during saving of the evaluation could have resulted this?
