NoUser not showing after Extn Logout

I've got an Avaya IP Office 500 v2.

So after my user logs out using Extn Logout in the buttons menu. I do not get the NoUser profile.

Instead it just shows Not Logged In.

Please take a look at the attached photo:

Is there any way I can add buttons to this page?

Or show the NoUser page instead?

That’s because the phone has been registered to 8811.

You will need to restart the phone and clear all settings for it to boot up into a no user.

If you log in with another user it will take over their settings until logged out.

You have ext 8811 created and registered but no user created for this extension.

You will need to create a user for ext 8811 or remove that ext.

On IP Office subscription systems, the same display is used if there are insufficient subscriptions for the type of user profile for which the user is configured. Attempting to login will display an insufficient licenses message.

... and what other buttons do you want and why?

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
