The crux of the problem is that the user with the D004 error (USERA) had
subscribed to USERB's Notify. USERB was renamed to USERBB. So since USERA's
subcription list had an invalid user (USERB) the client software was giving
a D004 error.
The subscription can't be removed nor solved the gwcheck's the problem.

Any ideas?

When the USERB name was changed to USERBB, was the FID changed at all? This would be yes if you deleted then recreated teh account.

You used GWCheck to rebuild the user DB? what options did you choose when you did this? and did you ensure you had full control the mail system when you did this? User must be signed out of mail bax when you run this.

The Problem is solved with the standalone version of gwcheck. Don't know why, but gwcheck form Console One dind't fixed the problem, but with the local gwcheck anything is fine now.

Thank you.

[thumbsup2] GJ, the standalone works better because what is in ConsoleOne is outdated.
