Notifications in Lotus 5 3

Hi

A colleague installed Lotus Notes on a Windows 2000 profesional workstation. He can use Lotus Notes 5 as normal , but the notifications on calendar does not work.

He enter the information, but no reminders, either email or sound ever arrives. I have checked that he has not disabled it in Tools - Preferences.

Does you know what is wrong?

Hello,

Down the Notes client and check the notes.ini. Do you have the following entry?

$EnableAlarms=1

If not, add it and boot the client. Try a test notification.
