Notification Device Classes Not Showing

I'm trying to setup remote notification from CallPilot to a Blackberry. I create a new Notification Device Class, but it won't show up in as an option in the user mailbox under remote notification -> device. The only options I have are telephone and digital or numeric pager. Am I missing something? This used to work before (recovering from a CP HDD crash) so I know everything is setup correctly on the PBX side of things.
Any assistance is appreciated....

Do you have Remote Text Notification turned on in the class of service?

Also what version of Callpilot are you using?

Yes,
Using CallPilot version 03.03.06.02, no peps installed yet. Since I plan on upgrading to 4.0 within the next week or so.
