Notications Location in Exchange 2003 1

Where are the options for this in Exchange 2003. I am coming from Exchange 5.5 so there were options for notifications and turning off NDR's.

In ESM under global settings, click on Internet Message Format then in the right hand pane right click "Default", then click properties, click the advanced tab. The report stuff is at the bottom.
