Nothing is showing up under Telephony Services 4

We have BCM400 3.7

When I lunch Unified Manager and go to:

Services-->Telephoney Services

Nothing is showing up except Backup/Restore Path.

Please help.

Downgrade the JAVA on your PC to 1.5.

Having similar problem with Media Bay Modules. I assume these are related.

This has been causing me nightmares. I'd prefer to not downgrade my Java since I just built a sexy new Vista x64 box and I'd like to keep up to date. Someone mentioned a patch. Could you please tell me which patch and preferably, how to obtain it?
