Hi guys,
has anybody ever encontered the following message:
"date or time cannot be interpreted" ?
One of our users was trying to send and save an e-Mail that he had just prior to that written - then this strange message appeared.
Sounds like we have a problem with the language-format. But where can I find the cause of it ?
Interestingly, when we closed the mail and wrote a new one it worked.
Any hint that will lead to the detection of the actual cause is very much appreciated.
Thanks.
Thorsten

Hi,

Just check the Time Zone of ur NOTES Client with ur Server. I think they are not matching...

Otherwise somebody might have changed the SYSTEM date format in CONTROL PANEL...

Regards,
Nanda.

Thorsten,

I agree with Nanda that the user may well have changed their timezone format during e-mail creation, say from US to UK making a day value greater than 12 invalid for what was now the month field.
