in my computer when i do the visual basic i couldn't get property window how can i get it?

1-Right click on an object,then select properties.
2-Click on the properties button in VB toolbar.

Along the top of your screen should be a collection
of menus. Left-click on "View", then scroll down to
"Properties Window". Click on that and a Propeties Window will appear on your screen.
 
I still reckon Function Key 4 (F4) is the easiest, as I first said ! Let me know if this helps
