Hi,

I am sending mail to a group of person, how can I not display their names when the mail reach them.

As they have a lot of mail -> I like to make mine stand out by displaying the subject in color say green, red etc -> how do I do so?

Please advice.

Thanks.

you can put the to name of the people in the cc box then only the person it is going to will see it. You don`t have to put an address in the to box.
As for changing colour, the only way to make you message stand out would be to make it high priority.
colours are defined by the user.
Hope that helps.

According to my information if you use CC, anyone in that group can see the other persons mentioned. You have to use the option BCC. If you use Outlook, you can activate this by selecting the menu option View (when you type a new email) and select BCC. Now if you put people in this line the one who receives the mail cannot see the other recipients.

Any comments on the changing the color of words key-in in the subject portion - as I wish the topic to stand out.

Thanks.

Regards
Benjamin
