We have this Radware box that we plan on using for our 2 internet connection load balancing. But right now I am trying to just get the box up and going, does anyone know the hyperterm settings for the console port?

Or maybe someone to point me to the right forum section to put this question in.

If you don't have the documentation, what I usually do is start at 2400/n/8/1 and hit enter a couple of times, see if I get a prompt... if not, then start slowly stepping up the baud rate.

Usually, it will be like 2400/N/8/1 or 9600/N/8/1 for serial connections.

It doesn't hurt to do the trial-and-error thing on serial ports. The worst that will happen is that you will get garbage on the screen, which usually indicates your baud rate is wrong.

I am about to purchase the radware linkproof product.

Can you describe placing Linkproof infront of a firewall?
