not sending original caller id on a call forward...

when i put a huntgroup on out of service, there is 1 user in that sequential huntgroup forward to an outside number.
that user shortcode "9N, Nz"companyname"Si"number"" on a PRI.
my problem is, when I call the user by is extension, the caller ID show the right info.
If I call the group, I will get the caller ID of the caller, not the one im pushing from the user...
problem is, they are using a answering service after hours and they need to see the caller ID push by the user...
any Idea?

Did you try forwarding the user to a shortcode that has the credentials in it?
As far as I see you forward the user directly to the outside number.

You could try to put in the number you are forwarding to in ICR Destiantion and use the time profile for day and night. That is if you have a regular schedule for business hours.

Or put in the phantom user in the same field.
