Not Recording E1 with te avaya Ipo

Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience, but having a problem with the IPO and 406 is as follows:
-- Outgoing calls not recorded automatically when carried out by a E1, but if they recorded calls when done by Analog trunk lines.
My Ipo is the version 4.0 (10)
That solution I can give this problem?

you will have to be a bit clearer for me to understand...

so you have an E1 trunk and some analogue trunks. you have vmpro call recording set for outbound calls on a user or via account code.

Your problem is that calls are recorded only when you use the analogue trunks and not the E1? Is this correct?
 
It is himself but outgoing calls Toncales analogue if they recorded but not outgoing calls by E1
I have a VMPRO in usurio schedule him to record calls automatically
