Not Ready Reason Codes

just had Not Ready Reason Code turned on, but I was told stats would only show on reports and not on the Real time Display. Is it possible to show type of Not Ready Reason Code, the length of time, persons applying Not Ready Reason Code in real time display? We have SCC Server Verrsion 4.00 (Build 04.01.07) Rev 6. Thank you
 
upgrade to CC6, not going to happen on your current release
 
Are you referencing the SCCS server, or your SCCS client software version? I ask because it looks like you've referred to the client software. You can do what you are referring to in 2 cases: (1) you have Contact Center 6.0, as djwht advised, or (2) you have SCCS 5.0 deployed with the the Symposium Web Client server. In both of those cases, you would be using a web interface instead of the "classic" client interface. The web versions allow you to customize columns on your display, and adding Not Ready Reason Codes is one of the choices.
