Any idea why the logged in time for an agent on a Agent performance report is less than that recorded on an NR activity code report for the same period? (outboud CC only)
Surely the operator has to be logged in (under their ID pin) to have any code log against them?
If this is the case why do I have longer NR code periods than logged in periods??
Very confused or am I being stupid?
