I was asked by our call center manager if the not ready codes used by the agents could be displayed on the phonesets. I found the answer on this site and it stated by adding a display key on the phone this could be accomplished.
While this indeed did display the code on the agent set we now do not see the actual code in the "not ready reason codes by agent" report in Symposium. Instead we just get default not ready code.
We are using 2216 agent sets and running Symposium 4.2. Any help is greatly appreciated.
