Not Ready Code Question

I was asked by our call center manager if the not ready codes used by the agents could be displayed on the phonesets. I found the answer on this site and it stated by adding a display key on the phone this could be accomplished.

While this indeed did display the code on the agent set we now do not see the actual code in the "not ready reason codes by agent" report in Symposium. Instead we just get default not ready code.

We are using 2216 agent sets and running Symposium 4.2. Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
Found the answer myself my experimenting. Agents were using the following sequence to display not ready codes on their agent set:

1)hit not ready
2)hit acitivity
3)enter activity code
4)hit display
5}hit activity
6)hit in call to resume taking calls

This displayed the code but the in the reports only the default not ready code displayed. Thru experimentation it was discovered that by hitting "activity" one more time before hitting in call the appropriate codes displayed in the "not ready" report.
