NOT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE REGIONAL AUTH

In a BC9 cni82 MD110, using the right procedure I cannot change the regional auth code.
Dialing *74*oldcode*newcode# after 5 seconds I receive the string and congestion tone and I have this faulty signal to a wrong PU instead AUR1:

16.43.34.540 00004 SWSW SIGNAL *************** (H'00FF)

Hello,
I find the solution. The fault was generated by a patch 70010 present in RMPS4.
This is patch, done for Trading application, was mistakenly loaded in a standard system.
