When forwarding DN's from an Nortel Option 11 to a Cisco Unity Mail. The call does not get into the mailbox. You receive the generic greeting from the Unity.
The call routes from the Option 11 over public network to an SL-100 to the Unity mail over TIMG's..
Any ideas????

May want to look at what clid you are sending to the Unity Mail.
What does the caller id say if you were to call your cell from this phone. If its the generic Clid (lead billing number of your PRI) may want to look at your clid tables.

When forwarding out of the Option 11 the 5 digit extension is being preceded with 11111XXXXX instead of the correct NPA + NNX. The site is 5 digit extension numbers.

problem with going over the public network, you loose your original dialed number info.

Sollutions could be - have a different DID for every mailbox in Cisco or setup a T1 to switch with QSIG or H323 or Sip
