Not getting CTI events...Help

in my network, Symposium's Mlsm service is used by CTI (CTI connect) for CTI events and ultimately screen pop up for the agents.

There is complaints from crm guys saying, switch is not sending CTI events always(or CTI null, and some times get a CTCBadObject state).

Can some one help me with more information, where to look for more details related to this.
 
I have the same issue and I testing to see if it is a Call ID Timer in the CTI server is causing the loss of the screen pop data. Nortel documentation states: The Call ID timer (csda da_callidtimer 500) sets the amount of time (in
seconds) that the CSDA retains call data. When the timer expires, all call data is
cleared. Set this value to twice the average expected call length, and adjust as
required.

This is set in the CSAD CFG file.
