I know this is a CS1k forum but need a question answered about an older Opt 11 situation I am having. Can you recomend the forum? I looked thru the list and didn't see anything.

CS1K, Option 11, it's all the same. CS1K just adds the IP capability. Lay your question on us...

Thanks Telebub, OK, I have an Opt 11C rls 24 s/w with what appears to be a bad SSC card. Cannot transfer or conf any calls, everything else works OK, all programming looks OK, have tried to disable and re enable conf loop etc. I can put callers on hold etc. So was going to try a different SSC card but do not know how to transfer the DB. Any suggestions or help is appreciated.

You can swap the SSC card without having to do anything with the database as long as you move the S/W daughterboard over to the replacement card. Have you initialized or sysloaded the system yet? I would do that 1st before swapping cards.

SSCs are a fussy bunch. Shut off the PBX, pull out the SSC, reseat the SSC, and turn the PBX back on. If that doesn't fix it and you swap SSCs don't forget to move the security "Coin" in the upper corner over to the new card.

It sounds more like something has changed in the Answer Supervision of the Trunks, did you change anything like that or change local carriers
