I am getting the below message when I try to connect to my SQL server. Login Failed for user'test'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server Connection.

Any ideas what is going on?

Is SQL Server configured for mixed authentication or Windows authentication? If you are using a login and password, SQL Server must be configured for SQL authentication.

How are you trying to connect? Which program are you using?

Found out the reason why. SQL was not configured for SQL Authentication.
