Not answered Calls

Hi all,

I am pretty new to nortel cs1000. I have a developed a service which logs all dialed and answered call. But not able to get all not answered calls. is it related to the console or configuration changes with load program or is there anything else we can do to get all the calls.

You can see this on the Telephony Manager, I think that you want to get all the information on one extension.

Yes thats right i want to get all the information. but i want to get it from TTY. or the data should come through a background service(which i already have. but it is only giving me all outgoing calls).

Well you need to configure CDR in the Call Server.
