Not allowed to send to .. 1

Email that I send to two particular domains are getting bounced with this error message. I am able to send from a yahoo mail account:

The recipient name is not recognized
The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=US;a= ;p=Cyntergy;l=DELLTULSA-001208142300Z-327
MSEXCH:IMS:Cyntergy:TULSAELLTULSA 3550 (000B099C) 550 you are not allowed to send mail to <email address>

Check if someone else can send email to that recipient, if not then check if you have some protection on the exchange server (email sweeper or simmilar)...
