not all Hunt group members ring 1

I have a client that needed a DN added to a Hunt Group, but when I added the new extension it doesn't ring. I have checked 'Appear & Ring', I have checked assigned lines,etc but to no avail.
I even copied the first set in the HG to the second added set so as to get all programming issues covered at the set and still nothing
What am I missing??
Any suggestions

don't have any line Appearances...that usually kills it..
you need to remove line appearance from the phone and just leave the "Huntgroup" button as Appear&Ring instead
 
Are they answering calls direct or from AA/CCR pointing to an HG?

The calls are coming from a CCR tree directing calls to different Hunts Groups - Sales, Parts, Admin, etc

In case there are duplicate Tabels or CCR and one is abandoned...

-Double check AA/Lines to see which Table is answering
-Check that Table to see which CCR is answering
-Check Path X in that CCR as to what HG DN it is pointing too (TRSFR)

I usually make HG's "Ring Only" on sets to save using a button unless necessary.
The display tells you that its an HG call anyway.

If calls come from AA then stay away from Line Appearances in HG programming....that is for when answering lines direct.

Hello Guys
Checked the forwarding in the CCR and it was directed to an extension and not a hunt group. So I made the change and everything is operating amazingly.
